I was a little nervous jumping in the ocean the first time with my new camera but a dozen times in the water and NO PROBLEMS. The underwater picture quality was a treat after years of trying to use disposable underwater cameras- it was FUN to take pictures and videos underwater. This camera has many, many menu settings and I was a little nervous that I would change a setting inadvertently but so far, I am finding my way around the menus and features without any problems. The manual is a bit confusing, as are all camera instruction manuals that I have ever had.

I wish it had a viewfinder, it only has a display screen.

So far I have taken about 500+ pictures and find this camera fun and somewhat intuitive to figure out having had an Olympus Stylus before this one. The computer software takes some figuring out- I am still working on that part.
