So far no bad blocks that I can tell. This card was purchased with a
CF to ZIF converter and used as the main drive in a Sony Vaio UX280p.

I can only offer a review based on this application.
Since a CF card is not intended for this use, keep this in mind.

As desired it is faster than a 4200rpm ZIF drive with a major flaw or exception.
It has the issue that I read all CF cards have and many SSDs have where
free space needs to be cleaned in order to sustain fast writes.
The nature of digital storage does not (again from what I read) actually delete
files and clear the empty space it merely tags existing data as deleted
but the data is still there tieing up cells in the media.

Do a search on SSD stuttering this will explain what I mean better.

So for a C: drive it performs well only if you clear free space every other hour
when there is a heavy write/delete session.

The reads seem rather quick and would recommend it based on that.
Writes tend to slow to a crawl if you have less than 9gb free space and
you have done many deletes. But otherwise writes are quick enough to recommend.Get more detail about Kingston Elite Pro 32 GB 133x CompactFlash Memory Card CF/32GB-S2.
