Bought binoculars as a compromise for a Safari trip to Kenya - wanted good quality and light weight but not at a price where I would be neurotic about loss or damage. These glasses met those specifications admirably with a very bright field, excellent sharpness and usability. They are very light and easy to hold for long periods and not a "drag" on the neck.

Magnification proved a good compromize for these larger animals but alwso great for the birds.
