Just bought this and read the pros and cons and comparisons before making a purchase so it was no
surprise that this little camcorder didn't have a zoom. Fine with me - just wanted it for spur of the moment shots. When I played it back and couldn't hear anything, I hoped the sound was better on the
Mac and it was.

We live very close to the ocean and the microphone picked up the sound of the wind better than it did my voice. Will have to remember to hold the unit still, too. Very sensitive to movement.

I think their software needs improvement. Been e-mailing back and forth to them about their 'channels' - says it was sent to the recipients but they weren't. The people that have been e-mailing me continue to ask me the same questions - the size of the video I sent, their e-mail providers, etc. After tiring of
responding to these questions a couple of times, I asked if they had anyone there in their customer service unit that could provide assistance. I didn't want to become e-pals with them - just wanted an answer.

Didn't get the answer so now I simply e-mail the videos to friends and family, with a copy to myself, so I know for sure that they have been sent. I think their software needs some improvement. Get more detail about Flip UltraHD Camcorder, 120 Minutes (Black).
